Identity verification and Payments API outage

One of our identity verification processors is experiencing an outage.
This is currently impacting our identity verification API as well as some payments APIs, including external card transfer, and wires.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

[Retroactive] Transaction processing outage

Between 11:43:07am PT and 11:53:25am PT we had an unexpected degradation in our production environment impacting account updates and all transaction activity within that time window. This will have been visible as 500-series errors from our payments and transactions APIs and declined card transactions during the window of impact.

This issue was resolved at 11:53:25am PT and the system resumed normal operation as of that time.

Synctera Zendesk sign-in is intermittently unavailable

Many users are currently unable to sign into Synctera's Zendesk.

Our team is actively working on the issue.

No other services are impacted at this time and existing Zendesk sessions are unaffected.

One of our card transaction processors, Marqeta, is experiencing an API outage.

This is currently impacting our cards APIs, including card issuance, activation, and the ability to obtain single-use client tokens to reveal card data to end-customers.

This incident has no impact on card transaction processing.
