We will be conducting production database maintenance on the Synctera Ledger this Sunday (2024-05-19) from 1-2am PT.

We expect there to be an outage of no more than 5 minutes during this one-hour window.

During the outage window:
- Synctera Ledger capabilities will be unavailable, including the ability to list transactions, create transactions (internal transfers, ACH, wires, check deposits), and retrieve account balances
- Incoming card transactions will be declined, and may be retried by the merchants afterwards
- Synctera Console functionality dependent on the ledger will be unavailable

All other aspects of the Synctera Platform will be unimpacted.
