We are dedicated to continuously enhancing your experience in using our Platform. With this in mind, we would like to inform you that on Sunday, March 31st we will be working on upgrading our Insights reporting to improve performance and introduce new features.

Time: 6:30 AM Pacific Time / 9:30 AM Eastern Time
Duration: Approximately 20-60 minutes. We advise that you consider a 1-hour maintenance window to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
Impact: The Insights platform will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. We have chosen this schedule to minimize disruption and ensure there is minimal impact on your daily operation. There will be no impact to the rest of the Synctera platform, inclusive of the Synctera Console, API, and transaction processing.
