We will be conducting production database maintenance on the Synctera Platform this Sunday (2025-05-11) from 9:30-10:30pm PT.

We expect there to be an outage of no more than 5 minutes during this one-hour window.

During the outage window:
- Customer and account capabilities will be unavailable, including the creation of customers, accounts, disclosures, as well as the initiation of KYC, KYB, and external account operations
- Ledger capabilities will be unavailable, including the ability to list transactions, create transactions (internal transfers, ACH, wires, check deposits), and retrieve account balances
- Incoming card transactions will be declined, and may be retried by the merchants afterwards
- Synctera Console functionality dependent on these capabilities will be unavailable

All other aspects of the Synctera Platform will be unimpacted.
